Ulvos helps athletes and trainers import, structure, review, manage, and execute training programs. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for ensuring that the information you submit is lawful and accurate.

You must not use the platform to upload unlawful content, infringe third-party rights, interfere with the service, bypass security measures, or misuse AI and automation features.

Ulvos is a software platform. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for professional coaching, medical, or rehabilitation guidance.

Training involves risk. You should review every imported or generated program, adapt it to your condition and goals, and consult a qualified professional where needed.

Paid plans, limits, prices, billing intervals, trials, renewals, and cancellation options are shown in the product or checkout flow before purchase. Taxes may apply where required by law.

Payments may be processed by external payment providers. Their own terms and privacy notices can apply to checkout, invoices, and payment methods.

You keep ownership of the training files, notes, and content you upload. You grant Ulvos the limited rights needed to host, process, transform, display, and store that content to provide the platform features.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload content, including content received from coaches, athletes, or other third parties.

AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs can contain errors, omissions, unsafe assumptions, or formatting mistakes. You must review outputs before relying on them.

Ulvos may route low-confidence imports through review flows. A successful conversion does not mean the training plan is medically or technically appropriate for every user.

We aim to keep Ulvos reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, incidents, third-party outages, or updates. Features may change as the platform evolves.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ulvos is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every training purpose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These Terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply in your country of residence.
