Terms of Use

By creating a Ulvos account or using the Ulvos app, you accept these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old to register a Ulvos account. You confirm that you have the right to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secret, for keeping your profile information accurate, and for any activity carried out under your account. Notify privacy@ulvos.app immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

Ulvos is a software platform that generates AI-assisted training programs, tracks workout sessions, and provides analytics for athletes and trainers. Features evolve over time and may change without prior notice when the change does not significantly reduce the value of your current subscription.

Ulvos is not a medical device and does not provide medical, diagnostic, treatment, or rehabilitation advice. AI-generated programs and evaluations are educational and informative only. Consult a qualified physician before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have a pre-existing condition. Ulvos is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching judgement.

• Auto-renewal — paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation — you cancel a subscription from the App Store: open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and manage Ulvos. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds — refunds for App Store purchases are handled exclusively by Apple. Request a refund at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204084. Ulvos cannot issue refunds directly.
• Free trial — if a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription before the trial ends.
• Pricing — current prices, billing intervals, and trial details are shown in the in-app paywall before purchase.

All payments are processed by Apple via In-App Purchase. Ulvos does not handle, store, or transmit your card or banking details. Apple's terms and privacy notice apply to checkout, invoices, and payment methods.

• No reverse engineering, decompilation, or attempts to extract source code beyond what is permitted by mandatory law.
• No upload of unlawful, infringing, harmful, or harassing content.
• No sharing of accounts, credentials, or paid content with third parties.
• No interference with the service, its security, its rate limits, or its AI features.

Source code, design, branding, and the Ulvos platform are owned by Mattia Mellone (Ulvos). The content you upload remains yours; you keep ownership of your training data and AI-generated programs derived from your profile, while granting Ulvos the limited rights needed to host, process, and display them as part of the service.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Ulvos does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of malware, nor that AI outputs will be accurate, complete, suitable, or safe for your situation. Mandatory consumer warranties under Italian and EU law are not affected.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ulvos's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (gross negligence, wilful misconduct, statutory consumer rights).

These Terms are governed by Italian law. The exclusive forum for any dispute is the court of Milan, Italy, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.

We can update these Terms to reflect product, legal, or security changes. Material changes are notified at least 30 days in advance via email and an in-app banner. Continued use of the service after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
